About

I know what it is to not recognise your own life.

There is a particular kind of disorientation that comes after something hard. You look in the mirror and the person looking back has your face, but you don't quite recognise her. You function. You manage. You get through the days. But somewhere in the surviving, you lost the thread of who you actually are.

I know that feeling. Not from a textbook — from the inside.

What I do — and why

A woman is never defined by the worst season of her life.

After experiencing profound life consequences that forced her to rebuild her life from the ground up, Janet began a deeply personal journey of healing, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, self-reflection, and identity reconstruction.

What began as survival slowly evolved into transformation.

Over time, she came to understand that rebuilding a life is not simply about changing external circumstances. It is about rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself.

Today, she combines lived experience with transformational coaching, breathwork, embodiment practices, guided reflection, and immersive transformational experiences designed to help women reconnect to themselves in a safe, honest, and deeply human way.

Her approach is calm, direct, compassionate, and grounded in emotional truth rather than performance or perfection.

This work is not about pretending the past did not happen. It is about learning how to move forward without remaining emotionally trapped inside of it.

What I believe

What I believe about the women I work with

01

You are not broken. You adapted to survive — and that adaptation was intelligent.

02

You do not need to be fixed. You need to be understood.

03

Healing is not linear and it is not a destination. It is a direction.

04

Shame keeps women stuck longer than pain ever could.

05

Safety changes people. Real safety — not the performance of it.
