The Personal Breakthrough Session follows a proprietary seven-step process. Each step builds on the last. Nothing is skipped. The structure is what makes the depth possible.

Identity

Establish focus and clarify the presenting issue.

Before anything can shift, we need to know precisely what we are working with. This step is about creating a clear, honest frame around what you have brought to the session — not the surface version, but the real one. What is actually happening, and what would change if it resolved?

Gather Information

Map the problem accurately through strategic questioning.

Most problems look different once they are properly mapped. This step uses strategic questioning to understand the structure of the issue — when it started, how it shows up, what keeps it in place, and what it is connected to. Nothing is assumed. Everything is explored.

Expand Possibilities

Soften attachment and introduce perceptual flexibility.

When we are inside a problem, we can only see the options the problem allows us to see. This step gently moves her outside the frame — not through toxic positivity or forced reframing, but through carefully guided questions that loosen fixed thinking and open up what has felt impossible.

Transform

Apply core change techniques to resolve the root issue.

This is the heart of the session. Drawing on proven change methodologies, this step works directly with the root of the issue — not the symptom. The specific techniques used depend entirely on what the session has uncovered in the first three steps. The work here is precise, intentional, and deep.

Consolidate

Stabilise changes and confirm internal alignment.

Change that is not consolidated does not hold. This step takes the transformation from Step 4 and grounds it — checking for internal resistance, addressing any part of her that is uncertain, and ensuring that the change is integrated across the whole, not just the surface.

Future Pace

Ensure the change holds beyond the session environment.

A session that only works in the session room is not a real change. Future pacing takes what has shifted and runs it forward — helping her inhabit the change in the real contexts where it matters. Upcoming situations, old triggers, familiar environments. She practices the new response before she needs it.
